This game or interactive experience, whatever you prefer, is meant to only educate and show a potential lived reality that became entangled in the worker rights movement (and the respective fight for unionization).
There is genuinely no way to fully display the complexities of unionizing as it varies per industry, corporation, and per country. This experience is inspired by workers in the food and service industries in the United States.
But I do hope that this game will start an interesting internal dialogue within you about how you fit in the world as a person living in capitalism and how your individual labor is perceived.
