A male voice, presumably the manager speaks into the phone, stating that he is excited to invite you to attend an in-person group interview. You, enthusiastically, state that you will be there, and you are thankful for the opportunity to interview for the position. At Sunrise Roast, you come adorned in a white dress shirt with cauliflower blue pinstripes and a pair of khaki slacks. You are greeted by the manager whose name tag reads, ‘Julian’. You take a seat and sit amongst the other nervous interviewees. Once you are all called to sit in a room at the back of the café, you are soon asked about your workstyle, if you know the differences between a cappuccino and a latte, and if you know when the first day you can start your ‘expedited’ training. You offer up all the information gracefully, happy that you decided to read a few articles, to prepare. The next morning at 8 am, on the dot, you receive a call from Julian, stating that you have been offered a position. You are shocked that you somehow nailed the interview, but you accept the job.
